~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
If you're reading this, I've gone to Heaven. I've been under Hospice care since May, but I didn't want to mention it.
Many years ago, I made a decision to accept the gift of Jesus' sacrifice on the cross. Now my time on earth has ended, and because of that decision, I'm in a much better place.
God has provided the Gift of Heaven. I'm leaving you a few Bible verses that will show you how to receive this gift.
1. "for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God" ~ Romans 3:23
2. "For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life" ~ Romans 6:23
3. "For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life." ~ John 3:16
You may be asking yourself what God requires, or exactly what you’ll need to change. The Bible shows us in simple terms what God is asking of us: believe, confess, and receive.
“That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.” ~ Romans 10:9
I've enjoyed my time with you and I hope to see you in Heaven!
This week, my daughter, Debi, drove down from Gainesville to visit. She spotted this small Blue plaque in Walmart and bought it for me. The Blue matches perfectly with my bathroom color. I know it looks baby blue in this picture, but the color is actually Sherwin Williams Aqua, a soft turquoise. I had Johnny hang it outside my bathroom entrance.
Here's a close-up.
This past Wednesday--in the middle of the night--I had a scare. As you might remember, I have Congested Heart Failure. I couldn't seem to get my breath. Johnny and I quickly determined that we needed help--BIG TIME. We made a mad dash for the hospital. When I arrived, my breathing was registered at 72. (It should be over 90.)
I was admitted and only able to return home yesterday evening. I've now been enlisted in Hospice and have a supply of oxygen at my home. That should prevent further traumatic drives to the ER.
While being taken to my hospital room, I couldn't help but notice this beautiful four-piece painting. I had my son snap a quick shot just for you!
